Hey everyone! This has been a good week. There’s been good weather, great food, and progress. I challenged myself by increasing my exercise last week. Out of 7 days, I make my goal 6 days. That’s pretty good! I’ll try not to hurt myself patting my back.

My goal was 10,000 steps a day and I’ve been pretty good with getting my daily 10,000 steps in by the end of the day. It has been getting easier to get those 10,000 steps so this week I should up my game by 1,000 steps. So I updated my goal to 11, 000 steps…
