Great new film – Everything, Everywhere, All At Once

So if you haven’t heard of this new movie, FIND IT! This is a great new anti-superhero movie featuring actress Michelle Yeoh.

Lesser known, Jamie Lee Curtis is in this film. She plaid an amazing character

The film was released on March 30, 2022. The box office take is $22.9 million.

Storyline

Synopsis: An aging Chinese immigrant is swept up in an insane adventure, where she alone can save the world by exploring other universes connecting with the lives she could have led.

This story of an immigrant, mother, daughter, and superhero. A mother’s love and a woman’s strength are put on display.

The multiverse aspect of the film was very interesting as well. We see this in Marvel films but this showed it in relation to an average woman.

There’s one scene where they are rocks. So humans hadn’t even developed in that world.

The daughter plays a crucial role in this film. Stephanie Hsu did a great job.

The character, Joy Wang, was this brooding angry character that many immigrant LGBTQ community members can relate to.

I suggest you check it out. The film is entertaining, humorous, and thought-provoking.

It may not be in theatres for long now since there’s a new Marvel movie coming out soon.
